This application (hereinafter "the App") establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter "the Policy") regarding the handling of user's personal information.

Article 1 (Information Collected and Purpose of Use)

The App collects the following information for the respective purposes:

• Information Provided by the User

  • Running video files: Used for form analysis, scoring, and generating analysis result videos. It may also be used for improving the AI analysis accuracy of this service by processing it statistically in a non-personally identifiable manner for AI model training.
  • Email address, password: While some features of the App are available without an account, registration (email and password) is required for the following features:
    • Data linking that includes carrying over the number of analyses.
    • Login functionality on multiple devices.
    • Registration for a paid plan with unlimited usage.
  • Profile information (display name, height, weight, age, gender, running level): Used to improve the accuracy of running form analysis and to generate more personalized coaching advice.

• Information Automatically Collected Through Service Use

  • Anonymous User ID: Used to uniquely and anonymously identify users and to save and manage analysis results.
  • Device information, service usage logs: Used for service maintenance, improvement, and troubleshooting.
  • Advertising ID: Used for providing information tailored to the user's interests and for analyzing service usage. On iOS devices, the Advertising ID (IDFA) is collected only if the user gives permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. This ID will not be used for tracking unless permission is granted.

• Information Generated by the Service

  • Skeletal keypoint data, various form metrics (angles, scores, etc.): Used for quantitative evaluation of form and for providing information to third-party services as described below.
  • Post-analysis videos, snapshot images: Used to provide analysis results to the user.
  • AI-generated advice (text): Used to provide analysis results to the user.

Article 2 (Provision of Information to Third Parties)

The developer will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's prior consent, except where permitted by law. However, to the extent necessary for providing the App's services, the following third-party services are used, and information may be sent accordingly.

• Google Cloud Platform (Firebase)

  • Provider: Google LLC
  • Information sent: All data handled by the App, including user-uploaded videos, generated analysis results (videos, images, numerical data, advice), user ID, email address, profile information, etc.
  • Purpose of use: To use as infrastructure for authentication, database, storage functions, etc., necessary for the application's operation.

• OpenAI API

  • Provider: OpenAI, L.L.C.
  • Information sent: Various form metrics calculated from skeletal keypoint data, and user-registered profile information (display name, age, gender, height, weight, running level).
  • Purpose of use: For the AI to generate coaching advice based on the analysis results.

  Note: The videos or images uploaded by the user are never sent to OpenAI.

Article 3 (Security Management Measures)

The developer will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the information handled and for other security management of information.

Article 4 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Information)

Users can delete their account at any time through the prescribed procedures within the App. When an account is deleted, information related to the user, including uploaded videos and analysis results, will be stored for a certain period according to laws or the developer's regulations and then completely deleted.

For requests other than account deletion, such as disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of personal information, please contact the inquiry desk in Article 7.

Article 5 (Use by Minors)

As this service may require the registration of personal information for use, customers under the age of 13 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using it.

The developer does not intentionally collect personal information from customers under the age of 13 without parental consent. If it is discovered that a child has provided personal information without parental consent, please contact the inquiry desk in Article 7. We will promptly take measures such as deleting the information.

Article 6 (Changes to this Policy)

The developer may change this Policy at any time as necessary due to legal amendments or business needs. The revised policy will be announced through a posting within the App or by other easily understandable means.
